Elisha Williams founded Valor Medical Evaluations with a clear mission: to bring the inside perspective to veterans who have been navigating the VA claims process without it. Her background includes direct, hands-on experience working alongside VA medical providers and clinical teams — giving her a first-hand understanding of how VA documentation is evaluated, what examiners are trained to look for, and what separates a well-supported claim from one that falls short.

That clinical and operational background — combined with a deep commitment to veteran advocacy — is the foundation of everything Valor does. Elisha brings a quality-focused, evidence-first approach to every engagement, whether she's coaching a veteran through a C&P exam, training a medical provider team, or building a compliance framework for a new C&P clinic.
