Standing retainer — $3,995 monthly. Seven adequacy audits per month at an effective $560 per file, guaranteed 48-hour turnaround ahead of the single-file queue, and a direct line for scoping questions at no charge. Overage $600 per audit. Month to month after an initial ninety days.
Invoicing is net 30 to the firm. No contingency, no percentage of any award, no assignment of benefits, in any circumstance. A business associate agreement is executed before any protected health information is transferred.
